|Recommended: YesOverall I like the complex. Very spacious with friendly staff. — It's quiet for the most part with plenty of parking. Every request that I have had has been completed in a timely manner. Ms. Michelle is friendly and able to assist when needed. There are issues with standing water in some areas and the walls are slightly thin so I can hear my neighbors but nothing I can't live with. Overall it's a good place to live.

|Recommended: YesDecent — The Lexington are ok. They are outdated but nice. I heard there are plumbing issues and huge water bugs. So far the water bugs are true and that's kind of a problem to me being that I'm really afraid of bugs. Overall i still would recommend.
|Recommended: YesSafe and Clean — Although the property is clean and safe, they are slow to fix repairs. My ac unit still needs to be repaired submitted order on 3 1 2021 it is 3 23 2021. Nothing has been done only advised someone is coming.
